Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

To start a return, you can contact us at customer@fuller.com. Please note that returns need an authorization. Once approved we will send instructions as to how to return. 

Refunds
Our products carry a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise bought on www.fuller.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase date. We are sorry we do not offer free returns  Return Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. 

Prior to returning an item, please email  customer@fuller.com for authorization number and instructions as to how to return.

Please note: There is a one year warranty (replacement only) on all our products except for spray cans and bottles. Spray cans and bottles with sprayer have a 30 day warranty with replacement only.

All sweepers have a Three Year Limited Warranty.
