Not the same

I must confess, I was so excited that my broom came, but I am disappointed. It's not the same as when I was a girl. I don't think. It's also has a shorter width head, so I must have ordered the wrong one. Otherwise, quality is good.

Love this kitchen broom. Had one over 50 years ago. Glad I was able to replace it. My Mother had one too.

Not quite like Mom's

My mother bought a Fuller Brush broom in the 50's. We used it every evening after dinner to sweep the kitchen floor, going out onto the elevated back porch to bang the metal handle to get dirt off the soft bristles that never deteriorated. When we had to move Mom to a nursing home, my sisters and I literally had to draw for who would get “the broom.” So well made that at 60+ years old it looked almost new except for worn off paint on handle, bristles looked perfect. Since I didn't win the draw, I looked for a replacement. Finally found this one. It's ok the bristles just aren't as soft but it picks up bits of dirt/food. The fine stuff flys around some because of stiff bristles. I like the size of the broom, fits in tight corners and under furniture well. Hoping with use, the bristles will soften some
