Fuller Brush Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper – 3-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to Fuller Brush Electrostatic Carpet Sweepers. It does not cover any other Fuller Brush products.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original customer of a Fuller Brush Electrostatic Carpet Sweeper (the "Sweeper") who purchased the Sweeper for home or personal use from The Fuller Brush Company or an Authorized Fuller Brush Dealer and has registered as the owner with Fuller Brush.

No warranty of any kind is provided to any commercial purchaser, to any later owner of the Sweeper, or to any customer who bought or acquired the Sweeper from a vendor or other source that was not an Authorized Fuller Brush Dealer at the time of purchase. Subject to the above, Fuller Brush warrants the Sweeper against defects due to faulty material or workmanship for three (3) years. The warranty period begins thirty (30) days after the original customer receives the Sweeper. During the first 30 days after receipt, the Sweeper is covered by our 30-day return policy. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs related to this Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, commercial use, or any use not described in the Sweeper's Instruction Manual.

Fuller Brush expressly disclaims all responsibility for consequential damages or incidental losses caused by use of the Sweeper. Some states or provinces do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses, so this disclaimer may not apply to you.

ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE SWEEPER IS LIMITED TO THE THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.

Some states or provinces do not allow disclaimer of the implied warranty for consumer goods, so this disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province.
