Shipping

We're an American company based in New Jersey, and every order ships from our New Jersey warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Free shipping on contiguous US orders over $99 — under $99 it's a flat $9.99, no matter the size. Your card is charged when you place the order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous US only. Unfortunately we aren't able to deliver to PO boxes or ship to Canada.

Delivery times

Please allow 1 business day for processing and 4–7 business days for delivery, and a little extra during the holidays.

Canceling or changing an order

We're truly sorry, but we're unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. Orders move toward fulfillment very quickly so they reach you as soon as possible, which means we aren't able to pull one back. For the same reason, we're not able to change a shipping address after an order is placed.
