Shipping
Orders are shipped from New Jersey. Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Fuller Brush offers free shipping on all contiguous US orders over $99. The shipping and handling charge on all orders under $99 shipped within the contiguous United States is $9.99, regardless of size.
Orders over $200.00 may be shipped with signature required upon delivery.
Where we ship
- We do not ship to PO boxes.
- We do not ship to Canada.
Delivery times
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 6-10 business days for delivery. Delivery can take a little longer during the holiday season.
Canceling or changing an order
We know mistakes happen, and we will always try to help. Once an order is placed it moves toward fulfillment very quickly, so the window is short.
If you need to cancel, please email customer@fuller.com within 15 minutes of placing your order, during our business hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. We are not able to accept cancellation requests after that.
Even within those 15 minutes, we cannot promise an order can be stopped. If it has already gone to fulfillment, it is on its way and we are unable to pull it back.
We are also unable to change a shipping address once an order is placed.
Because of this, please take a moment to look over your order before you submit it - your items, quantities, and especially your shipping address. We are not able to take responsibility for information entered incorrectly at checkout, and a quick check saves us both the trouble.
