 Expertly crafted of stainless steel teeth with slightly sharp edges – 17 narrow-gap teeth on one side and 9 wider-gap teeth on the other – Fuller’s Dual-Head Dematting Pet Comb is a great tool for grooming all dogs and cats. The Fuller Pet Comb is ideal for undercoats and longer hair – designed with both narrow and wide teeth for extra versatility in dematting pet hair. Each tooth has a slightly sharp edge to help trim through difficult mats, tangles and knots.  Designed for mat and tangle removal, this Dual-Head Dematting Pet Comb features a wider gap side of 9 teeth to loosen larger, stubborn mat patches, while the narrow gap side of 17 teeth cleans up the smaller tangles for a nice finish.  7” total length.  3-3/4” head width. 2-3/4” wide area of teeth

Use Fuller’s Dematting Pet Comb to remove stubborn matted pet fur by starting with the wider gap side and finishing off with the narrower gap side, taking care to only pull gently or hold the base of the hair for a gentle process

Awesome tool!

I have had to take my long haired Siberian cats to the vet to have mats shaved off, despite my best efforts to keep them brushed with the tools I had from Walmart or pet shops. The last trip to the vet for that was so tramatic for them and for me that I ordered the dematting pet comb. I couldn't believe the fur that easily came out of them with it after it arrived, even though I had been brushing them with the prior tools. Every day, I get more fur out of them, and we have not had any more significant matting. They also feel so much softer and smoother when I pet them. I am so glad to have found this invaluable tool!

Really liking this comb

We often care for our son's Bernadoodle. He has thick hair that tangles easily. This comb has helped. He does not seem to dislike being brushed as much as when I used a different brush.
