Method 1: Step and pull
Place the mop on the floor so the handle is straight up.
Step on two opposite sides of the mop's soft strands to hold it in place.
Pull the handle straight up to detach the mop head.
Method 2: Grab and pull
Hold the mop by the base and the bottom of the handle.
Pull the two parts apart with a hard, firm pull until the mop head unclips.
Please make sure the white piece is attached to the handle.
